What services do you offer at Sage & Thyme?
We offer a range of holistic and earth-centred services including meditation breathwork, spiritual guidance, seasonal work and one-to one-sessions. All services are rooted in gentle nervous system care and embodied wisdom.
Do I need any experience to book a service?
No experience is needed at all. You are very welcome exactly as you are whether you are new to this path or have been walking it for many years.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes. There are several one-hour parking bays directly outside the shop. There is also free parking just along the residential road if you need longer.
Is the space accessible?
The main road entrance has double doors which open wide allowing wheelchair and pram access with just a small step. If you have specific access needs please get in touch and I will always do my best to support you.
