Sovereignty Movie Night – The Mists of Avalon Tuesday 17 March 2026 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

As part of our exploration of sovereignty, I would love to invite you to a gentle community evening together.

On 17 March at 6pm we will be gathering to watch The Mists of Avalon, a film based on one of the books from our recommended reading list.

This event is open to Rewitchers, Sacred Readers and Sisters of Spirit, and it is offered as a free gathering for our community.

The Mists of Avalon retells the Arthurian legend through the voices and experiences of the women of Avalon, particularly Morgaine. The story explores themes of spiritual devotion, feminine power, loyalty, destiny and the complex choices women must make when navigating love, duty and personal truth.

Viewed through the lens of sovereignty, the film invites us to reflect on how we hold our inner authority even when the world around us asks us to compromise it.

This will be a relaxed and welcoming evening where we can watch together, share reflections if we wish and enjoy the company of kindred spirits.
